Artist Statement:

My work highlights the beauty of everyday life.
I try to capture simple mundane objects and sceneries that give a sense of timelessness and to highlight the
importance of ordinary objects. I want to engage my viewer in a way to make them pause and reflect on the
impermanence and the quiet presence of these
ordinary daily life objects.


Biography:

Ijlal Haider is a visual artist from Skardu, Gilgit-
Baltistan, currently enrolled in the Fine Arts department
at National College of Arts, Lahore. Deeply inspired by
the natural beauty of his homeland, his work explores themes of stillness, change, and emotional connection
with nature through texture and mood-driven
landscapes.
