Delivery Information

Coverage Area:
We currently deliver within Lahore city only.

Delivery Timeframe:
Once we receive payment confirmation, please allow 4 to 6 business days for order processing. Our team at the National College of Arts (NCA) will handle the delivery themselves. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery. Deliveries are made within business hours: Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 4:30 PM.

Tracking Information:
As our deliveries are managed in-house, we do not provide tracking numbers. However, you will receive a message confirming that your order is on its way. For any inquiries during office hours, please contact us at:

Inspection Upon Delivery:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Ensure that it matches your order and is in good condition. Once our delivery personnel leave, we cannot accept returns or claims for damaged or incorrect items.

Pickup Information

Pickup Location:
You may also choose to pick up your order from our National College of Arts 4 Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, The Mall Lahore location. To do so, please bring your order confirmation email and CNIC. Pickup is available only on business days, Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 4:30 PM. You will receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for pickup.

Accepted Payments:
We accept payments via credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment methods will be visible at the checkout page.

Order Placement and Customer Responsibility

Order Confirmation:
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation. We kindly request that you do not attempt to pick up or request delivery before payment is confirmed. No Return Policy:
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded or returned. We encourage you to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your order details before making a purchase.
