3. User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or using our services.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of your account which will be reviewed by our team for any misuse. 

4. Orders and Payment

  • Order Placement: By placing an order, you agree to pay for the items in full and in accordance with the payment methods accepted by Zahoor ul Akhlaq Gallery Store.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers prior to delivery. All payment details provided must be accurate and valid. We do not accept cash payments, either on the spot or for deliveries, at this time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Area: We deliver within Lahore city only.
  • Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 4 to 6 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Total Delivery Time: The total delivery time, including processing and delivery, will be approximately 6 to 7 business days.
  • Delivery Details: Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. For in-house deliveries, you will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

6. Pickup Information

  • Pickup Location: Orders can be picked up from the National College of Arts, 4 Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, The Mall Lahore location. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 4:30 PM. Bring your order confirmation email and CNIC for verification.

7. No Return or Exchange Policy

  • Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed. 
  • Order Inspection: It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. Any issues must be reported at that time. Any issues must be reported to our delivery person at that time. Issues reported thereafter may not be entertained. 

8. Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: All content, including text, images, and graphics on Zahoor ul Akhlaq Gallery Store, is the property of Zahoor ul Akhlaq Gallery and National College of Arts or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer of Warranties: Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
