At Zahoor ul Akhlaq Gallery store, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, please be aware of the following policies regarding returns and exchanges:

No Return or Exchange Policy

Final Sale:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Order Inspection:
It is crucial to inspect your order upon delivery or at the time of pickup. Please verify that the item matches your order and is in good condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us immediately at the time of delivery or pickup. Once our delivery personnel have left or you have left the pickup location, we cannot process returns or exchanges.

Pickup Instructions

Pickup Location:
If you choose to pick up your order from our National College of Arts 4 Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, The Mall Lahore location, please bring your order confirmation email and CNIC. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 4:30 PM. We will not be able to process any returns or exchanges at the pickup location.
