Currently delivery service is exclusively available for Lahore.
How much time will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery Time: 6 to 7 business days for shipments within Lahore.
3 to 4 business days for self pickup orders.
What are different payment methods that I can use?
You can pay via Debit/ Credit card powered by Mastercard/ Visa or pay via bank transfer. COD (Cash on Delivery) service is not available.
Do you deliver internationally?
International shipments are not being offered currently.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund in case of online payment?
Refunds are not available for payments made.
I am from Gujranwala, Can I get the painting delivered to my house?
Since the delivery service is exclusively available for Lahore, residents from other cities can avail the self-pickup facility from National College of Arts Lahore.
Do you provide any exchange or refund facility?
We regret to inform you that exchange or refund facility is not available. However, given the option of self-pickup, we encourage you to ensure contentment with your purchase to finalize the transaction.
What to do if the item that I receive is damaged or not the one that I have ordered?
You are advised to conduct a thorough inspection of your order upon delivery in the presence of our representative. Any claims regarding the condition or accuracy of item/s must be made at the time of delivery for resolution. Claims for damaged or incorrect item/s made after the departure of our representative from your premises will not be entertained.
